What convention shuttle service is
Convention shuttle service moves attendees between hotels, the convention center, and off-site events on a fixed loop or on-demand schedule. Our dispatch team plans routes, assigns affiliate vehicles, and provides on-site coordination for Denver conferences.
Who uses it in Denver
Trade-show organizers, medical associations, and outdoor-industry groups rely on shuttles during major shows. The Colorado Convention Center at 700 14th Street hosts the Great American Beer Festival each fall and has welcomed outdoor-industry buyers for decades. Bellco Theatre and the Hyatt Regency Denver adjacent to the center are common pickup points. Large groups also run shuttles to Gaylord Rockies Resort when a show expands to the Aurora campus.
Service design
Most Denver shuttle programs run a hotel loop every 20 to 30 minutes during show hours. We also offer dedicated runs between DEN and headquarter hotels for VIPs and speakers. Routes are built around I-25, I-70, and Speer Boulevard to avoid predictable bottlenecks.
Peak seasons and routing
January through March brings winter sports trade shows. September and October pack the calendar with beer, technology, and energy conferences. Rockies home games and the Colfax Marathon can close downtown streets and add buffer time.
How convention shuttle pricing works
Pricing is by vehicle-hour with a four-hour minimum or by per-passenger flat rate for fixed loops. A Sprinter or executive van starts around $240 per hour. Full-size coaches are quoted separately based on distance and duration, and all quotes include route planning, signage, and a dedicated shuttle coordinator.
One honest limitation
We cannot bypass city street closures, security zones, or post-event traffic waves. Routes must include realistic buffer times, especially when Rockies games or the Colfax Marathon overlap with your schedule.
